Mr. Kelley was very professional and on time. My presence didn't seem to bother him at all and he was very comfortable with explaining what he inspected. Mr. Kelley was very thorough with his inspection. I must admit that I even learned a few things. My Realtor showed up during the inspection and she was very impressed with the quality of his work. Lastly, one of the most impressive thing I garnered from hiring Mr. Kelley was that he had the report done the same day. This was probably unusual that I got it so quickly, but it done. Thanks Joe Kelley for a wonderful job. His assistant was value added as well. "

The inspector was great to work with. He stayed in constant contact with me and really worked around my changing schedule. I was unable to be in town when he performed my home inspection, but he thoroughly explained all of the issue with my fiance in a way that she found easy to understand. His report was very helpful and detailed. He also offered better technology than other home inspectors that I contacted, while maintaining the same or even less expensive cost. I definitely would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home inspector. They get an A+ in my book. "

I had a client closing a house in 5 days. I called Joe, and he showed up, on time, the next day. Inspection was thorough, as was the explanation of what he found. The buyers were very impressed, and the report was done that evening. Will use again, and highly recommend. He also works in north ATL.

Mr. Kelley showed up on time and after regular business hours. He answered all of my questions and took time to educate me on the inspection process. I would refer him to everyone I know. Thanks again for your hard work.

What else can I say but " Very Professional and Knowledgeable". Joe was very tedious and discovered numerous things that I had not even remotely noticed with the construction of my new home. He spent hours examining every room and then sent me a detailed report (with pictures) that I presented to my builder for my yearly walk-thru. How much easier can it get to show the builder problems with the house. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a A#1 home inspector.

| We are extremely please with the professional service we received from Avalon Home Inspections. Mr. Kelly was timely, efficient, and provided outstanding customer service. By accompanying Mr. Kelly through out our home, he was able to alert us to structure and cosmetic deficiencies that we had not been aware of and answer the many questions homeowners have. He spent several hours thoroughly looking over our home. He explained the inspection process and provided professional reports to myself and my builder. If ever again we purchased/sell another home, we would not trust any other inspection company other than Avalon! |

| Avalon Home Inspection was done in a very nice and professional manner. The gentleman listed to all of my concerns and then allowed me to walk with him while doing the inspection, pointing out concerns on my house that I would have never imaged to think of. Checked to make sure my house structure, electrical and plumbing was done correctly and still in tact. Wrote up a professional report, sent me and my bulder a copy for my final walk thru. CAme to my house after normal business hours to assist. Very Professional!!! |

| Mr. Kelley was friendly, knowledgeable, and a thorough inspector. The inspection process took about 2.5 hours and then he sent me a 18 page report on my new home detailing all concerns that he had. Very happy with this inspection. |
