Overall great customer service from the company. I was weary at first about using this company because it was not a company I found on my own but was referred to me and I like to do my own research. I am so GLAD I went with this company. The inspector Blake was sooooo thorough. I had the opportunity of having him for 2 home inspections. Two inspections because he inspected the first home and help me dodge a bullet....that house is still on the market. I accompanied Blake on this inspection. Blake did a second home inspection for me but I was not able to attend that inspection but Blake took the time out of his personal time at home cutting his grass to go over my report with me and answer allllllllllll my questions and I had plenty. I am closing on my home Monday, 7/27. I recommend this company and ask for Blake if you can :-).

Avalon Home Inspections (Tracy Wilson) was excellent to work with. He's very thorough, very detailed, took his time, explained everything in detail, and provided excellent customer service

Kevin was extremely professional and took his time to inspect and preform tests in and around the house. I feel very comfortable that the inspection preformed is accurate and my purchase of the house is in the condition he has provided in the inspection.
