Kevin did an amazing job!

Tracy did our inspection and did an amazing job. Took the time to explain everything to us and keep us informed throughout the whole process. I would recommend him to friends or family definitely trust his work!

Dylan Stoudt was wonderful and such a big help! He did an amazing job explaining everything to us as first time home buyers and was incredibly patient with all of our questions. Working with Avalon made things so easy and being able to pay during closing helps remove some of that stress as well.
