Dusten, as always provided The buyers with a very thorough inspection report. Most what I like about Dusten he states the facts and explains all detail details in his report. As a real estate agent, that is an extremely important aspect for the buyers

Great experience. Thermal imaging was included with the inspection. (Others charge extra or don't offer it at all.) Our inspector Blake was thorough, knowledgeable, explained everything and patiently answered all our questions. The report was sent promptly and was very clear/easy to understand.
