Traci Wilson was probably one of the most thorough individuals, in any line of work that I’ve ever witnessed. There was not an inch of my house that he did not cover. He was personable even though he was laser focused and once he gave me his findings (which were minimal) he was very thorough and clear with the communication of his findings. I actually learned a lot about houses by talking to him. I feel extremely confident that my house is prepared to be lived in by my family. This is the guy that you want to inspect your home. If there is an issue, big or small, he is going to find it and communicate it. Thank you Traci!!

Alex Hitchcock from Avalon Home Inspectors was professional, thorough, and very personable throughout the entire inspection. He greeted me with a smile and handshake, welcomed me into the home, and made me feel comfortable right away. As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated how patiently he answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly.
