On very large homes like this (~10,000 sq ft), we use a team-inspection model—multiple licensed inspectors on site at the same time, each focused on specific systems (roof/structure, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, interiors, exterior). That division of labor lets us cover a large property efficiently without cutting corners. During the inspection we follow a standardized checklist, document extensively with photos and thermal readings where appropriate, and then compile the findings into a same-day report. A second set of eyes performs a quick quality check before it’s released. That’s how we were able to complete the on-site work in about 2.5 hours and deliver the report within 3 hours.
