I have used Avalon twice to inspect a home I was interested in purchase. And they did a thorough job and I didn't purchase the first but I am gonna get the second home. The inspectors Jesus polite and friendly and he put all the recommendations in the report was great on my first inspection. And Dusten Robinson was great and polite he showed us what to focus on and recommended us to get the septic tank looked at also. He made us feel very comfortable buying the home. They reports have so much details in it and they did not miss a beat

We have a contract on a home that was built in 1950 that Avalon did an inspection on today. They did a thorough job detailing what needs immediate attention to items that will need attention later. They took the time to walk us through their findings and the detailed report was sent to us in less than an hour after they were done.
