Avalon Home Inspections provided professional and friendly service. They communicated everything well and in a timely manner. Our home inspector, Tracy, was great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and explained everything so that we could understand. You could tell he really cared about this work. The fee was a little high, but well worth it. It gave us peace of mind knowing that the house we were about to purchase was well inspected, so there would be no surprises after we moved in. A+

If I could give Tracy Wilson from Avalon inspections a 20 out of 10 rating, I absolutely would. Tracy recently conducted a home inspection for a new property I am purchasing, and to say he went above and beyond in a understatement. He arrived promptly at 9:00am and didn't leave until approximately 3pm. Throughout those 6 hours, Tracy conducted an incredible thorough inspection and absolutely did not cut a single corner. His attention to detail was beyond reproach. What truly sets Tracy apart is his willingness to educate. He took the time to explain every single issue to my realtor and I in detail, making sure we completely understood everything before moving on. It is rare find someone with such patience and such immense pride in their work nowadays. I left the inspection feeling that every single penny spent was well worth it. Avalon Inspections is incredibly lucky to have Tracy on their team- he is a massive asset to the company. If you need a home inspection, do yourself a favor and ask for Tracy. Highest recommendation possible. He was also a fellow military veteran which I was very proud of his service to our country.
