2nd time using you guys. Thanks to Avalon, I dodged a Yuuuge bullet.. their detailed inspection gave me the clear picture to not go through with the home purchase, saving myself hundreds of thousands of dollars. Thanks Avalon! Will be using you guys again in the future.

My inspector Dusten was Wonderful🌟!!! He called me gave me detailed information about the inspection, explained to me In detail what he found in a way in which I could understand, told me what to look for and even gave me recommendations on the companies I could use to fix the issues that were found! He went the extra mile and called my realtor as well and explained everything to him! I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again and of course requesting the same inspector! Thank you for easing my mind and giving me the information I needed in which to make the best decision possible in purchasing a new home!! 🙂
