⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Alex Hitchcock from Avalon Inspections for our pre-drywall inspection on our new construction home! Alex was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully inspect everything and identified several items that we never would have known to look for ourselves. What really stood out was how clearly he explained his findings and made sure we understood what needed to be addressed with our builder before the walls go up. His attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind during such an important stage of our build. If you’re building a new home, I HIGHLY recommend having a pre-drywall inspection done—and I especially recommend asking for Alex! We are so thankful we had him looking out for our new home. Dusten with Avalon Inspections was thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my client’s questions and provided his report the same day. During the inspection, he noted that the pressure relief valve on the hot water tank was dripping. He turned the water supply off and offered to contact the listing agent.
