My inspector Dusten was Wonderful🌟!!! He called me gave me detailed information about the inspection, explained to me In detail what he found in a way in which I could understand, told me what to look for and even gave me recommendations on the companies I could use to fix the issues that were found! He went the extra mile and called my realtor as well and explained everything to him! I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again and of course requesting the same inspector! Thank you for easing my mind and giving me the information I needed in which to make the best decision possible in purchasing a new home!! 🙂

The inspection was thorough and professional. Alex Hitchcock was great with follow-up and answered all our questions while addressing all of our concerns. He was very professional and polite. The staff was also very polite and helpful over the phone when we called with questions and to schedule the inspection. I contacted several inspectors, and I’m very pleased that we chose to go with Avalon.
