As a first-time homeowner, I really appreciated how thorough and helpful Blake was during the inspection. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood both the major concerns and smaller maintenance items. As much as I didnt like the outcome of the inspection, Avalon sure saved us a ton of time and money letting us know every problem with the home we were trying to buy. They were very thorough and found things we definitely would have missed. Will continue to go to them in the future when the need for a home inspection arises.
