Called on Thursday for a purchase inspection and had inspection on Monday. Identified necessary issues and offered contractors to offer quotes on repair of issues identified. For various reasons, I decided not to purchase the house but Avalon nailed the inspection and identified the issues I needed to know about. Very Friendly all around and a quick inspection report was issued. I’ll call again.

Blake provided stellar customer service in his recent inspection of my home. He was very thorough in his assessment and in explaining everything to me. He even went above and beyond by showing me where the water shut off valve was located and offering his tape measure if I needed to take any measurements. I would definitely refer anyone else to him and reach back out to him if I needed another inspection in the future.
