Avalon Inspections put some ease to my stress during my home buying process. Staff did great when communicating on the phone and providing detailed information. My inspector was also awesome. Tracy Wilson was very friendly and enthusiastic during my inspection. He welcomed all questions and also provided a lot of helpful insights. Tracy was very thorough during the inspection, even staying longer than scheduled. I could just tell that Tracy is definitely passionate about his work which positively impacted my inspection. We are in the process of selling our home and we had Dylan Stoudt stop by to the the inspection on the home for the prospective buyer. When I tell you if this man does the inspection on your home, he will first and foremost be respectful, courteous, detailed, and thorough. The last two inspections I witnessed, those individuals were in and out in 30 mins or less. I witnessed this 2.5-3 hour process and Dylan impressed us so must that we will be utilizing him and the Avalon team for our new construction inspection. Great job and I can assure anyone wondering, if these guys inspect your future home, you will know EXACTLY what you’re buying!
