The Avalon Commercial Inspection Process Made Simple

Here’s what we inspect:

Roof

This includes all penetrations, flashing and the drainage system.

Exterior

We will inspect the cladding and structure of you home as well as decks, patios, porches and walkways.

Attic

We will inspect the insulation and ventilation in your attic.

Electrical System

This includes checking electrical service, main panels, sub panels, wiring condition, & GFCI outlet conditions.

Plumbing System

This includes checking main line conditions, supply line conditions, drain, waste, vent stacks, and water heaters.

HVAC System

We will inspect heating systems, cooling systems, distribution systems, thermostat, and air filters.

Built-in Appliances

We will check to ensure all built-in appliances are working properly.

Basement

We will also inspect crawlspaces in your home.

Safety Hazards

We will check for safety hazards which might not be noticeable to the naked eye to keep your family safe.

Thermal Imaging

Called on Thursday for a purchase inspection and had inspection on Monday. Identified necessary issues and offered contractors to offer quotes on repair of issues identified. For various reasons, I decided not to purchase the house but Avalon nailed the inspection and identified the issues I needed to know about. Very Friendly all around and a quick inspection report was issued. I’ll call again.

Blake provided stellar customer service in his recent inspection of my home. He was very thorough in his assessment and in explaining everything to me. He even went above and beyond by showing me where the water shut off valve was located and offering his tape measure if I needed to take any measurements.
