Traci Wilson was probably one of the most thorough individuals, in any line of work that I’ve ever witnessed. There was not an inch of my house that he did not cover. He was personable even though he was laser focused and once he gave me his findings (which were minimal) he was very thorough and clear with the communication of his findings. I actually learned a lot about houses by talking to him. I feel extremely confident that my house is prepared to be lived in by my family. This is the guy that you want to inspect your home.
