Kevin Dilbeck - Certified Property Inspector is top of the line…very neat and thorough. We called Avalon Inspections company to have a new townhouse 4 point inspection including radon and mold testing before purchasing (since we used said company before). We were very fortunate to have Mr. Dilbeck complete the inspection. Afterwards he promptly provided clear photos of findings as well as a detailed explanation of each area including quote/ repair contractors. Highly recommended!
