Avalon Home Inspections provided professional and friendly service. They communicated everything well and in a timely manner. Our home inspector, Tracy, was great. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough and explained everything so that we could understand. You could tell he really cared about this work. If I could give Tracy Wilson from Avalon inspections a 20 out of 10 rating, I absolutely would. Tracy recently conducted a home inspection for a new property I am purchasing, and to say he went above and beyond in a understatement. He arrived promptly at 9:00am and didn't leave until approximately 3pm. Throughout those 6 hours, Tracy conducted an incredible thorough inspection and absolutely did not cut a single corner.
