Joe knew that I was buying a home that needs TLC and decided to personally come out and inspect it. He went all out on the inspection, pointing out the high level that would be on the report while I was there for the later part of the inspection. He went out of his way to make sure I knew what he meant when he said what the issues were and likely fixes to the problems with the home. This is our second home inspection from Avalon, and both inspections were great! Both were super detailed and thorough. Inspection was thorough and add-on option of pest report was valuable. Report was easy to read, easy to understand the critical items of concern, and the pictures/infrared images were fantastic. I also like the recommendations for contractors that could perform the necessary work.
