Benny was SO thorough for our house inspection. His report was detailed, and he even took time to chat with me and call me back a few times to discuss some of my main concerns. I would recommend him for anyone buying an older home (or any home) because if there is an issue, he'll find it. Very knowledgeable and was very friendly, too!

I contacted Avalon on a Thursday afternoon, attempting to get an inspection completed the following day. I was amazed by Avalon’s ability to get me scheduled for Friday. My inspection was extremely thorough. My report was very detailed, and included information on how to correct each defect, despite its severity. My agent was taken aback by the report I received. They also offered multiple warranties upon completion of my inspection. Avalon honestly deserves more than a 5-star rating. I would definitely recommend using their service.

We were building a new home and needed an inspection at multiple phases of the build (framing, drywall, final walk through). We didn’t really know who to pick and were recommended Avalon home inspections. We are very happy we did. Our inspector, Tanner Hall, was the best inspector we have ever experienced. He was very efficient and precise during each inspection and he answered any questions that we had also. The report he gave us was very clear to read and understand, plus it had pictures. This easily allowed us to know exactly where we had deficiencies that needed to be addressed. We will be returning for our 12 month check up and requesting Tanner. If you need a home inspection for a new build or buying in general, call Avalon home inspections and ask for Tanner!!

Tracy Wilson was professional, thorough, and compitent in his work. Tracy educated me on several items on my new build that I was unaware of to prevent future issues. I have researched several home inspection companies and was amazed by the quality of the inspection report and detailed breakdown of each inspection item.
