We had the opportunity to have Blake Hite come and inspect our Oakland City home. While it was new construction, Blake was very helpful in identifying a number of issues like an old sewer lateral line that was partially blocked, a deck that was not up to code, and potential bulk moisture ingress in a foundation that could benefit from sealing.

He also was great to talk to! He was willing to explain his findings and gave insights of things that we should look out for. Thank you Blake and Avalon Home Inspections!
