I had a great experience with my home inspector. He was very professional, detailed, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier and more comfortable. After the inspection, he followed up with both my real estate agent and me to go over the findings and answer our questions. Avalon was recommended to me by a retired home inspector I hold in high regard. I recommended them to my client and their communication, scheduling and report were all top notch. Jesus was the inspector and he was a pleasure to work with! We did have one challenge due to weather that made the experience less than ideal for my client. Avalon stepped up and went above and beyond to give my client a top notch experience. All companies are great when everything goes smooth. But you only learn the great companies when things don’t go as planned and they make it right. I cannot recommend Avalon highly enough!
