Avalon Home Inspections was founded over 18 years ago by Joe Kelley. Just like the beginning of most businesses, Joe started AHI by wearing many hats: marketing, growing relationships, and of course the part that he really loved “inspecting homes” knowing that he was helping families. Through hard work, dedication, 16 hour days, the company started to grow. Team members who Joe likes to call extended family grew into a wildly successful company that it is today.

Great experience with Dylan from Avalon Home Inspections! He was very knowledgeable and professional!
My inspector was thorough and informative. Not only am I a buyer but I’m also an agent. I will recommend Avalon to my clients as well!
Dusten was amazinggggg!!! He was very prompt & professional & his inspection report was meticulous. I’d definitely recommend him for your inspection needs. 5 stars!
We were selling our home and the buyer chose this company to come do the inspection prior to closing. Dusten was very nice, but ended up breaking some of our blinds during his walkthrough, as well as damaging the nightstand that was under them. He at least left his business card and a note taking responsibility. That afternoon I called Joe Kelley (not sure if he is a manager or some type of owner in the company) but he seemed very sincere and ready to rectify the situation. He sent a check for the damaged furniture, as well as the blinds that were broken. I am glad that Joe was kind enough to resolve the situation and make it right.
Dusten was very detailed and a pleasure to work with!
