Set up a pre-purchase inspection with Avalon and everything was scheduled in a timely manner. Our inspector, Dusten, did an extremely thorough walkthrough of the property and was friendly and knowledgeable regarding all questions related to the inspection. The report was delivered within an hour or so via email and contained details from everything high and low. They really did an amazing job at analyzing and categorizing everything within the house. Highly recommend!
