Joe knew that I was buying a home that needs TLC and decided to personally come out and inspect it. He went all out on the inspection, pointing out the high level that would be on the report while I was there for the later part of the inspection. He went out of his way to make sure I knew what he meant when he said what the issues were and likely fixes to the problems with the home. His report was extremely thorough and conveniently lays out priority on issues as major issues, issues, and minor issues. If you need an inspection, give Avalon Home Inspections a call.

This is our second home inspection from Avalon, and both inspections were great! Both were super detailed and thorough. We even requested the same inspector because of how great of a job he did on the first house.We backed out of the first house because of the inspection, and now we're moving forward with the second house because of Avalon's thorough inspection results.We will absolutely go with Avalon for any future inspections we have and I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home inspection!

Very thorough. They took the time to explain the areas of concern and the report was compehensive yet easy to understand.
