I lost the buyer on a home I was selling after they saw the inspection but that happens in real estate, especially when the buyer didn't see the property. It could also be the out of state buyer doesn't fully understand how these hundred year old classic homes get remodeled and expanded. The inspection is solid, Joe Kelley took time out of his busy day to talk with me about the company, their mission and processes. Blake and Damian were polite and careful doing a thorough and fair job getting into all the areas of the home. My new good buddy, Dustin proactively approached me to ask about my experience, to explain the meaning in their evaluations and provide direction to resources on their website. As a realtor and home rehabber I have relied on them many times and I will again.I will use their inspection as a guide to fix the issues and address concerns. I will likely hand it to the next buyer with explanations and receipts showing these problems have been addressed.

We had our house inspection from Avalon and it was very thorough! Very detail-oriented, with ~90 orange items found. Every item had a photo and description of the finding throughout the house. The interactive report with pictures and details on every item is easy to navigate. Highly recommend!
