I can't thank Alex/Avalon more. We are on a short two week timeframe to move our farm across the country from Idaho. Thought we found the perfect home. Homeowner nor realtor disclosed the amount of damage it had. I have retired parents and kids coming. The amount of mold, rot, roof, pest and electrical issues blew us away.

The inspection was very thorough. I'm usually partial to inspections because some will spend time on a missing switch plate cover, pretty sure a old woman with arthritis could fix. (No shade on the old ladies! LOL). Not Alex. He really got down to the meat and potatoes of the house. He saved us from making a serious financial mistake. Truly. It was so thorough, pulled out of the house before I finished reading. Don't recommend for those trying to hide things, do recommend for those trying to uncover the hidden things. 😆
