If I could give Tracy Wilson from Avalon inspections a 20 out of 10 rating, I absolutely would. Tracy recently conducted a home inspection for a new property I am purchasing, and to say he went above and beyond in a understatement. He arrived promptly at 9:00am and didn't leave until approximately 3pm. Throughout those 6 hours, Tracy conducted an incredible thorough inspection and absolutely did not cut a single corner.
