If I could give Tracy Wilson from Avalon inspections a 20 out of 10 rating, I absolutely would. Tracy recently conducted a home inspection for a new property I am purchasing, and to say he went above and beyond in a understatement.
He arrived promptly at 9:00am and didn't leave until approximately 3pm. Throughout those 6 hours, Tracy conducted an incredible thorough inspection and absolutely did not cut a single corner. His attention to detail was beyond reproach.
What truly sets Tracy apart is his willingness to educate. He took the time to explain every single issue to my realtor and I in detail, making sure we completely understood everything before moving on. It is rare find someone with such patience and such immense pride in their work nowadays.
I left the inspection feeling that every single penny spent was well worth it. Avalon Inspections is incredibly lucky to have Tracy on their team- he is a massive asset to the company.
