5 Point Inspection

The Best 5 Point Inspection in Atlanta, GA

What is a 5 Point Inspection?

A five-point inspection involves assessing the Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical Panels, Roof, and Structural systems of a property. This inspection is suitable for those who are mainly concerned with the major systems of a structure, placing less emphasis on cosmetic or superficial issues.

If you are an investor who does not need to know all the specific details of a home, and would just prefer to focus on the major systems, a 5 Point Inspection is the perfect fit! They are also a valuable choice if you’re considering multiple properties and aiming to make the most cost-effective purchases. Feel free to call and schedule your 5-point inspection today.

A Great Inspection for Investors

Our 5 Point Inspections cover all the major bases of the property. We inspect the roof to check its condition, and to see if there are any leaks or damage to ensure your property is fully protected from the elements. Then we inspect the structural elements, which include its foundation, and any basement or crawlspace the property may have.

We also inspect the plumbing system; checking water fixtures, leaks, or damaged pipes. The HVAC system is thoroughly examined to ensure proper functionality. Additionally, our inspection includes identifying any safety concerns within the electrical panel.

While 5 Point Inspections are not a service limited to just investors, we always recommend a full home inspection to any potential buyers and homeowners since they provide a wealth of information, highlighting numerous safety repairs and concerns that may save you from significant costs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience with Alex Hitchcock from Avalon Inspections for our pre-drywall inspection on our new construction home! Alex was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully inspect everything and identified several items that we never would have known to look for ourselves. What really stood out was how clearly he explained his findings and made sure we understood what needed to be addressed with our builder before the walls go up. His attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind during such an important stage of our build. If you’re building a new home, I HIGHLY recommend having a pre-drywall inspection done—and I especially recommend asking for Alex! We are so thankful we had him looking out for our new home. Excellent service from start to finish! ⭐️🏡

Dusten with Avalon Inspections was thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my client’s questions and provided his report the same day. During the inspection, he noted that the pressure relief valve on the hot water tank was dripping. He turned the water supply off and offered to contact the listing agent.
