We hired Avalon to inspect a home we were considering to purchase. Our inspection report was well organized, with tabs for priority, summary and full report. The inspection categories were presented in a logical order. All findings had short explanations with excellent quality pictures and diagrams, and short statements why the findings were important. All findings had links to contractors and engineers for optional follow up. We were rapidly able to assess the property and make a decision.

Kevin did a great job. He was there on time and did a through review of the home. Gave good feedback that provided ease to the buyer. He was friendly and didn’t mind having a conversation with the buyer. The seller also had a quick chat and he was friendly with him as well.
