My agent recommended Avalon Home for our inspection. Our inspector was Mr. Tracy and he was very thorough. He explained the process to me and what he is looking for. He answered all of my questions and was very kind. Would definitely recommend Avalon Home inspection.

Overall great customer service from the company. I was weary at first about using this company because it was not a company I found on my own but was referred to me and I like to do my own research. I am so GLAD I went with this company. The inspector Blake was sooooo thorough. I had the opportunity of having him for 2 home inspections. Two inspections because he inspected the first home and help me dodge a bullet....that house is still on the market. I accompanied Blake on this inspection. Blake did a second home inspection for me but I was not able to attend that inspection but Blake took the time out of his personal time at home cutting his grass to go over my report with me and answer allllllllllll my questions and I had plenty. I am closing on my home Monday, 7/27. I recommend this company and ask for Blake if you can :-).
