Next time I need a home inspection, I will use Avalon again. The report was very detailed and included pictures anywhere there was a need for a repair. There was some redundancy in items being described as in need of repair, and I'm happy with that. I'd rather an item be identified in more than one area to ensure it gets seen over not covering enough.
