The inspection was thorough yet timely. Avalon offered several packages that addressed a number of needs from air quality to septic/sewer inspections. I would definitely recommend them for home inspections before buying. Their prices were reasonable as well.

Joe was awesome and super helpful when explaining things he found during our home inspection. It’s our first home so I really appreciated the knowledge he was able to pass along. Would definitely go to Avalon again!

Called on Thursday for a purchase inspection and had inspection on Monday. Identified necessary issues and offered contractors to offer quotes on repair of issues identified. For various reasons, I decided not to purchase the house but Avalon nailed the inspection and identified the issues I needed to know about. Very Friendly all around and a quick inspection report was issued. I’ll call again.
